Ramin Isayev, a prominent poloymath from Azerbaijan, graduate of World’s top universities – Harvard University and MIT, one of the best visionary Energy leaders in the World has been in prison under fake and fabricated accusations since July of 2023. Ramin Isayev’s unlawful imprisonment was fabricated ana ordered by Yusif Jabbarov (CEO of NEQSOL Holding) and by Nasib Hasanov (owner of NEQSOL Holding and Nobel Energy).

We have received documents and evidences, which shed light on true reasons behind this unlawful and unjust imprisonment.

Who is Ramin Isayev and what is his relationship with NEQSOL Holding and Nobel Energy ? – As we stated above, Ramin Isayev is a world- class visionary Energy business leader, the only Azerbaijani citizen who graduated from the World’s top universities- Harvard University and MIT. Ramin Isayev also lectured at various universities, did research in Energy, Energy Transition, Climate change and Artificial Intelligenee, authored numerous articles and books. Ramin Isayev made successful carreer in international energy industry majors and since 2008 started 2 (t wo) unicorn energy services companies:

a) SOCAR-AQS LLC (started in 2008);
b) Turan Drilling and Engineering Services JV(started in 2018) — This is a JV between KCA Deutag and SOCAR-AQS LLC, Turan JV drills for BP.
Ramin Isayev developed these two multibillion companies and Baku Drilling Scholl LLC. According to PwC valuation:
– SOCAR-AQS LLC is valued at USD 2,1 billion at 25 February 2020;
Turan JV:
– had contract backlog of USD 1.6 billion in 2022 and has minimum 25% profit margin.
Nasib Hasanov (owner of NEQSOL Holding and Nobel Energy) has majority shares;
– 86.62% in SOCAR-AQS LLC;
– 51% in Turan JV.
Since 2008, Ramin Isayev had paid over USD 1 (one!) billion to Nasib Hasanov in the form of cash transfers from SOCAR-AQS LLC and Turan JV. If we sum up, Ramin Isayev created this much value for Nasib Hasanov:
1) paid over USD 1 (one ) billion cash to Nasib Hasanov ;
2) left USD 1.8 billion value in SOCAR-AQS to Nasib Hasanov;
3) left USD 800 million in contract backlog in Turan JV to Nasib Hasanov.

An intellingent person can question: why Nasib Hasanov ordered imprisonment of Ramin Isayev, who created so much value for Nasib Hasanov ?! According to our source, Nasib Hasanov is an uneducated and uncivilized person who is fully under control by Yusif Jabbarov. Yusif Jabbarov is a famous falcificator, deeply corrupt and bribes everybody on his way. Yusif Jabbarov even paid AZN 150 K (about USD 88 K) to Chairman of Supreme Court in Azerbaijan to fake a court decision !

Ramin Isayev was the most successful business leader in business companies owned by Nasib Hasanov and he is also an independent — minded person with integrity. Ramin Isayev’s these qualities and also hugely profitable SOCAR-AQS business kept Yusif Jabbarov awake at nights. Yusif Jabbarov designed plans to stigmatize Ramin Isayev, get rid of him and take over SOCAR-AQS and steal its huge profits. Ramin Isayev always resisted Yusif Jabbarov’s plans to steal profits from SOCAR-AQS. Ramin Isayev argued that since SOCAR-AQS is Joint venture, shareholder Nasib Hasanov can take only dividend out of JV and can not steal entire profit of SOCAR-AQS !. Yusif Jabbarov tried everything to stigmatize Ramin Isayev and get rid of him. Yusif Jabbarov even tried to convince Nasib Hasanov that Ramin Isayev was a bad manager. However, Audited Financial Statements of SOCAR tells that Ramin Isayev was a very successful CEO. This is summarized in Table 1 below.

As you can from Table 1, under Ramin Isayev SOCAR-AQS was highly successful, higgly profitable and a healthy company with huge current Assets (3 times of Current Liabilities). However, when Ramin Isayev resigned on 16 October 2020, Yusif Jabbarov’s men Samir Mollayev was appointed as General Director of SOCAR-AQS and Yusif Jabbarov started to steal and rob the company. Durig summer of 2020, Yusif Jabbarov wanted to steal USD 120 million out of SOCAR-AQS, but Ramin Isayev resisted this and did not allow. As we can see from Income Statement for 2021, Yusif Jabbarov together with Vuqar Samadli (General Manager of Nobel Energy and Chairman of SOCAR-AQS Board of Directors) and Samir Mollayev (General Director of SOCAR-AQS) faked documents and under “Other Expenses” managed to steal AZN 204 million (exactly USD 120 million!) !!! This transaction can definitely be named Theft of Century in Azerbaijan. Even uneducated and uncivilized billionaire Nasib Hasanov understands that AZN 204 million as “Other Expenses” in 2021, when SOCAR-AQS Revenue was only AZN 121 million must be theft and corruption!!!. Hopefully, low-enforcement agencies in Azerbaijan will investigate this theft, Yusif Jabbarov and his team will be brought to justice and the stolen money will be returned to SOCAR and to the State!!!. So the real reason behind Ramin Isayev’s imprisonment is Yusif Jabbarov’s desire and plans to steal profit and wealth in SOCAR-AQS created by Ramin Isayev !. How Yusif Jabbarov and accomplices rob SOCAR-AQS LLC. True reasons behind Ramin Isayev’s surprising imprisonment

Enigmantic imprisonment of Ramin Isayev, a promint business leader, polymath and scientist raises lots of valid questions: who ordered imprisonment of Ramin Isayev and why ?! Ramin Isayev built two higly profitable, world-class companies: SOCAR-AQS LLC and Turan JV, established a unique Baku Drilling School LLC, authored many firsts in Azerbaijani oil industry. Ramin Isayev made Nasib Hasanov, shareholder of SOCAR-AQS and Turan JV’s a dollar- billionaire. Then it is obvious at the outset that Ramin Isayev’s imprisonment is designed and ordered by someone who wanted to take SOCAR-AQS and Turan JV’s under his own control and rob these hugely profitable businesses. This person is Yusif Jabbarov, CEO of NEQSOL Holding and Board member of SOCAR-AQS. The fake fabricated case under which Ramin Isayev was imprisoned in completely irrelevant and in actually another crime committed by Yusif Jabbarov. For now, based on publicly available information from SOCAR web- site and information received from SOCAR-AQS Finance team, we will shed light to true reasons of Ramin Isayev’s imprisonment. As we stated in previous article, Ramin Isayev paid over USD 1(one) billion cash to shareholder Nasib Hasanov and inereased value of his share in SOCAR-AQS LLC and Turan JV to over USD 2.8 billion. Effectively, Ramin Isayev made Nasib Hasanov a dollar- billionaire. Yusif Jabbarov, CEO of NEQSOL Hollding and Nasib Hasanov’s right – hand man has been stealing all the profit of SOCAR-AQS and depriving SOCAR and State from income and dividends. In previous article, based on conerte official documents we informed you that Yusif Jabbarov and his corrupt team (Vuqar Samadli, Samir Mollayev, Fuad Behbud and Rauf Aghayev ) falcified documents and managed to steal AZE 204 million under name “Other Expenses” from SOCAR- AQS. In this article we will inform you about annual theft of AZN 10 million SOCAR-AQS by Yusif Jabbarov and his team Back in 2019, Yusif Jabbarov told Ramin Isayev to tranfer to his company AZN 1 (one) million every month. Ramin Isayev questioned the reasons behind this transfer. Yusif Jabbarov replied that this money will be paid to Yusif Jabbarov and his team in the form of salary and bonuses. Ramin Isayev stated that this intended transaction was illegal and refused to sign it. However, according to information from SOCAR- AQS Finance team, after Ramin Isayev left the company, Yusif Jabbarov and his team: Samir Mollayev (General Director of SOCAR-AQS) and Fuad Behbud (Finance Manager of SOCAR-AQS) are stooges of Yusif Jabbarov and they made this illegal transaction happen. According to SOCAR audited annual Financial Reports, Yusif Jabbarov and his team steal AZN 10 million every year under name “General and Administration Expenses”. This is clearly shown in the Table 2. provided below:

As you can see from Table 2 during Samir Mollayev’s management Revenue of SOCAR- AQS declind by more than 3 (three !) times, yet “General and Administration Expenses” inereased by AZN 10 (ten !) million a year !!! This is the proof of bad management by Samir Mollayev and also theft by Yusif Jabbarov and his team. Even uneducated and uncivilized persons, including Nasib Hasanov and his sons can see this mismanagement and theft. However, they can not stop Yusif Jabbarov and his teams stealing and terror… Why not ? We will see real reasons in next articles.
